your current/former company regarding A320 experience
• Must have ICAO or EASA AMEL license
Domicile: Malta, or other bases operated by MRO partners
Term: 3 year commitment, renewable
Working Hours: Normal workday is 0630 to1500. Monday to Friday. All local holidays are observed.
Work Pattern: September to June…Work, Julyand August/…Off (full pay provided during off months)
- Possible to work during summer vacation months for extra pay
Annual Salary:
Maintenance Technicians: €25,600/year to start, with increases after 1 year to €28,000/year.
Structures/SheetMetal: €27,666/year for year 1 & 2,and €29,315/year in year 3.
NOTE: EASA license holders use a separate wage scale. Please inquire for more information if you currently hold an EASA license.
Overtime: Overtime may be available, paid at 1.4x (depending on operational needs)
Annual Leave: July and August will be paid leave.
Sick Leave Sick leave is provided according to local law
Relocationto Malta: We will provide assistance to repatriate your family to Malta. Spouses can work in Malta while you are there if they want to.
EOS will pay the cost of obtaining your visa, including the medical check when you arrive in Malta.
Insurance: You will receive national medicalinsurance after the probationary period (6 months)
EOS working relationship: EOS Projects is a service provider for EasyJet…a large A320 operator in Malta You will be contracted to EOS, but assigned to the airline, who will manage your day-to-day work activities. EOS will provide administrative and HR support such as payroll and other functions.
EASA license conversion: EOS will provide free access to EASA modules, classroom training and practical.
Long Term Opportunity: At the end of your 3 year contract, there will be an opportunity to interview to be hired directlywith the MRO.
